3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Other cities/remote areas: 3–6 working days

4. Shipping Charges

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier companies usually attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the parcel is returned due to non-availability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged at delivery:

  • Please record a parcel opening video.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours with clear pictures and video proof.
