Rivaj Lawn Collection (Pakistan)
At Rivaj Lawn Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if

The item is unused, unstitched, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

The product is in its original condition

Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or discounted items

Stitched or customized outfits

Accessories
-
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Orders where the parcel opening video is not available (for damage claims)
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Customers must inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

Refunds for COD orders will be issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Parcel opening video (for damaged/incorrect items)

Once approved, ship the item back within 3 days.
Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Approved refunds will be completed within 5–7 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa (for COD orders).
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability). If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and parcel opening video. We will cover all courier charges and arrange a replacement or full refund.
