Refund policy

Rivaj Lawn Collection (Pakistan)

At Rivaj Lawn Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if

  • The item is unused, unstitched, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product is in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Stitched or customized outfits

  • Accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Orders where the parcel opening video is not available (for damage claims)


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Customers must inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [your email] or WhatsApp [your number] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Clear product images

    • Parcel opening video (for damaged/incorrect items)

  3. Once approved, ship the item back within 3 days.

Customers are responsible for return courier charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be completed within 5–7 working days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa (for COD orders).


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability). If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and parcel opening video. We will cover all courier charges and arrange a replacement or full refund.
